Order Processing & Shipping Overview
- Order processing time: 2 business days (Monday–Friday)
- Daily order cut-off time: 5:00 PM (U.S. Central Time)
- Shipping time: 15–20 business days (Monday–Friday) after dispatch
- Shipping destination: United States mainland only
- Excluded regions: Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, and APO/FPO/DPO military addresses
Shipping Fees
- Orders from $0.01 to $74.99: $6.99 shipping fee
- Orders of $75.00 or more: Free standard shipping
Shipping Origin & U.S. Office
Faliwear products are shipped from our fulfillment warehouse located in China.
To better support customers in the United States and improve customer service efficiency, we have established a U.S. customer service office for returns support.
International shipping timelines may occasionally be affected by customs inspections, transportation delays, weather conditions, holidays, or other logistics factors beyond our control.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 natural days from the date of delivery.
To qualify for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:
- Unworn and unused
- All original tags attached
- Returned in original packaging
- No visible signs of wear, washing, or damage caused by the customer
Returnable Situations
Returns are accepted in the following cases:
- Change of mind (buyer’s remorse)
- Item does not meet expectations (non-defective)
- Item arrives damaged or defective
If your item is defective or incorrect, please contact us with clear photos for verification.
Non-Returnable Items
Based on the nature of our products, the following items are not eligible for return:
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
- Shoes that show signs of wear or have been used outdoors
- Clothing (including dresses and pants) that has been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
We recommend trying items in a clean indoor environment before deciding to return them.
Return Costs & Fees
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- A 1% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount for approved returns
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
We do not provide prepaid return labels. Customers must arrange return shipping independently.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Email us at service@faliwear.com within 30 days of delivery
- Include your order number and reason for return
- Our support team will review your request and provide further assistance
Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or processed.

Return Processing Time
After we receive your returned item, please allow 7–10 natural days for inspection and processing.
Refunds
Once your return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method after deducting the applicable 1% restocking fee.
Refund processing time: 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday)
Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.
Customs Duties & Taxes
For shipments to the United States, any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or similar charges are the responsibility of the customer.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee. They must be paid by the recipient when required upon arrival in the United States. The exact amount depends on U.S. import regulations.
These fees are not collected or controlled by Faliwear. They are imposed in accordance with U.S. import and export laws and are paid directly to the appropriate government authorities.
If a return occurs, any customs duties or taxes already paid are not refundable through Faliwear. Customers may need to contact local customs authorities for further assistance.

- Returns must be requested within the 30-day period
- Items must meet return conditions to be eligible for a refund
- Unauthorized returns may not be processed
- This policy is consistent with our shipping policy regarding delivery regions, timelines, and fees
