Shipping Policy

At Faliwear, we provide clear and transparent shipping information so customers understand how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3 business days (Monday–Friday) after payment is successfully completed. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. Please note that order processing time is separate from delivery time.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the United States (mainland only).

  • Serviceable areas: United States mainland
  • Not supported: Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, other offshore islands, and APO/FPO/DPO military addresses

At this time, we do not ship to countries or regions outside of the United States.

Faliwear products are shipped directly from our fulfillment warehouse located in China and delivered to customers in the United States mainland.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery time for orders shipped to the United States is 15–20 business days (Monday–Friday) after dispatch.

Delivery timelines may be affected by factors outside our control, including customs inspections, public holidays, and transportation delays such as flight disruptions.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated as follows:

  • Orders from $0.01 to $74.99: $6.99 shipping fee
  • Orders of $75.00 or more: Free standard shipping

Free shipping applies only to eligible orders within the U.S. mainland and does not apply to restricted regions listed above.

After your order has been shipped, you can track your package using the tracking number provided in your confirmation email.

Customs Duties & Taxes

For shipments to the United States, any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or other related charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost. They must be paid by the recipient when the shipment arrives in the United States, if required. The exact amount may vary depending on U.S. import regulations.

These charges are not paid to Faliwear and are not set by us. They are imposed in accordance with U.S. import and export laws and are collected by the appropriate local government authorities. We recommend that customers review relevant regulations before placing an order to understand any potential additional costs.

Shipping Delays

While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to customs clearance procedures, holidays, or carrier-related issues. These situations are outside our direct control, but we will assist customers in tracking and resolving delivery concerns whenever possible.
